about
Let's be honest. Pamela started practicing yoga in pursuit of that toned booty. Yet with a consistent yoga routine, she soon unearthed the joys of life's beautiful balance and noticed a shift in her well-being. A lifelong New Yorker, she wanted to learn how to share some of her learnings by deepening her practice in the city that never sleeps.
In 2017, Pamela completed her 200-hour certification at Yoga Vida. Immediately following, she completed a 6-month mentorship under the guidance of Samantha Moriarity to seek mastery in teaching, sequencing, and adjusting. Pamela also holds an 85-hour Prenatal Yoga certification from Yoga Vida, where she learned to lead a safe and fulfilling practice for expecting mamas. Pamela has a degree in Theatre Arts, a skill set that drives her authentically joyful classes.
To encourage strength, mobility, and most of all, tranquility, Pamela’s main teaching focus is to conduct an efficient and beneficial sequencing of asanas, alongside an energetic playlist to accompany her playful vibe. Her classes are open-level, offering a variety of modifications to help facilitate a nourishing connection between body, breath, and mind no matter how experienced her students are.
